Change Of Mind

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, exchanges or change of mind for our soap products, bath salts or wellness products. Please read the item description and ingredients prior to purchase.

Exchanges are only offered on our Soap Dishes, however we do not cover the postage costs incurred by you to return the item/items to us. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer completely free returns as we are a small business and shipping is not free.

Faulty Goods 

If you believe your products to be faulty, damaged or wrong please contact us immediately on hello@slksoaps.com.au and provide us with a photo so we can arrange a replacement for you.
