Shipping Costs

Flat rate standard shipping is $10.90 
Free shipping for orders over $150.00

Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders are processed and shipped from our store within 10 working days once orders have been placed.

We are closed and taking a break From the 18th December 2024  to the 3rd February 2025 so therefore all orders received online will be processed from the 3rd February 2025.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number details. If for some reason you haven’t received this information, check your junk folder first and if its not there please let us know and we will update you on the status of your order.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post and should arrive within 5 working days once shipped. Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date shipping information.

Please make sure the address you supply for shipping is correct as we will not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address supplied by you. If the goods are returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods less any shipping charges incurred.

We will not be held responsible once orders are posted if you have a request of Authority to leave on your parcels. Items can be lost, stolen or damaged. Due to the nature of our products we do not recommended that they be left out in the heat and we will not be held accountable for this if it happens.
 
Local Pickup

Local Pickup Is available free of charge. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and we can arrange a day and time for collection.

We are based in Barrack Heights, NSW. Select ‘local pickup” in checkout.

Local pickup is not available from the 18th December 2024 to the 3rd February 2025.
 
Change Of Mind

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, exchanges or change of mind for our soap products, bath salts & wellness products.Please read the item description and ingredients prior to purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot offer completely free returns as we are a small business and shipping is not free.

Faulty Goods 

If you believe your products to be faulty, damaged or wrong please contact us immediately on hello@slksoaps.com.au and provide us with a photo so we can arrange a replacement for you.
