Shipping Cost

Flat rate standard shipping is $11.90
Free shipping for orders over $180.00

Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders are processed and shipped from our store within 3 working days once orders have been placed.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number details. If for some reason you haven’t received this information, check your junk folder first and if its not there please let us know and we will update you on the status of your order.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post and should arrive within 5 working days once shipped. Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date shipping information.

Please make sure the address you supply for shipping is correct as we will not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address supplied by you. Also an email address is required now by Australia Post. If the goods are returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods less any shipping charges incurred.

We will not be held responsible once orders are posted if you have a request of Authority to leave on your parcels. Items can be lost, stolen or damaged. Due to the nature of our products we do not recommended that they be left out in the heat and we will not be held accountable for this if it happens.
 
Local Pickup

Local Pickup Is available free of charge. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and we can arrange a day and time for collection.
